Welcome to Aetna's Employee Work/Life Assistance Program


The Employee Work/Life Assistance Program (EWLA) is offered to all regular, Aetna employees who are scheduled to work 20 hours a week or more, and their eligible household members.

Designed to help you balance your work, home and personal life, the Employee Work/Life Assistance program offers a wide range of support services such as confidential counseling services, resources for elder care, child care, legal and financial matters, web-based information and more.

Services are available by calling 1-800-424-4224, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you call, a specially trained professional will guide you to resources that can help address your needs, including easy access to information, interactive tools and self-assessments.
